# Analytics

> Track the full picture of your recruiters' work — pipeline actions, scheduling, job edits, and usage signals — all in one analytics view.

Your recruiters are doing more in Alex than job creation alone. The expanded Recruiter Activity Panel surfaces the work that previously went untracked. Now your analytics reflect what your team is actually doing, giving hiring leaders accurate visibility into recruiter engagement and productivity across every workflow.\
\
Analytics page includes:

* **Candidate Statuses** — quick breakdown of interview outcomes (advanced, rejected, pending)
* **Candidate Conversion** — funnel view from invited to decision
* **Invite to Completion Time** — how long candidates take to complete interviews
* **Recruiter Activity** — per-recruiter interview volume and outcomes
* **Interview Settings Edited** — track when and how job settings are changed
* **Talent Match Statistics** — match score distribution across candidates
