You can adjust the AI interviewer's appearance, connect to external meeting platforms, and find solutions for common technical issues. ## Customize the AI Interviewer's Appearance and Voice You can change how the AI interviewer looks and sounds to better represent your brand and provide a more tailored experience for candidates. ### Customize Avatar, Name, and Voice Interviewer appearance settings * **Avatar:** Upload a picture to serve as the AI interviewer's avatar during video interviews. * **Name:** Set the display name for the AI interviewer. The default name is Alex. * **Voice:** Choose the interviewer's voice, including different languages, genders, and accents. * **Custom Pronunciations:** Add custom pronunciations for specific words, such as company names or technical terms, to ensure the AI says them correctly. ## Integrate with Meeting Platforms The AI assistant can join external meetings on various platforms to record them. ### Integrate with Video Providers Provide a valid meeting URL from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Slack to have the AI bot join and record the session. If a Zoom integration is connected, you can also create a new Zoom link directly. ## Troubleshoot Common Issues While the AI interviewer is designed to operate smoothly, technical difficulties may sometimes occur on the candidate's side. Here are a few simple steps you can take to assist candidates and ensure they have a smooth interview experience. ### Resolve Common Video and Audio Issues * **Interview Freezes or Disconnects:** This is often caused by a network interruption on the candidate's end. Please advise candidates that refreshing the page will reconnect them to the interview. Their progress is saved automatically, and they can ask the interviewer to return to the previous question after rejoining. * **Inaccurate Transcriptions:** If the live transcript is not capturing speech correctly, it may be due to the candidate having a poor microphone connection or background noise. Candidates should be encouraged to speak clearly and ensure they are in a quiet area. * **Device Setup:** Before the interview begins, candidates are prompted to select and test their camera and microphone to ensure they are working correctly. * **Contact Support:** If a candidate continues to experience persistent issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
