Integrating Avature with your AI interviewing tool allows you to seamlessly sync candidate information, automate interview invitations, and push completed interview scores and reports directly back into your Avature candidate profiles. By connecting these systems, your team can keep all hiring data centralized in Avature without manual data entry, saving you time and helping you reach your hiring goals faster.

How the Avature Integration Works

Once connected, the integration supports a two-way flow of information tailored to your specific hiring workflows. Because Avature is highly customizable, every organization’s instance can have different objects, fields, forms, and workflow configurations. During onboarding, we map your specific Avature setup — including custom form endpoints, workflow step IDs, and field mappings — so the integration works seamlessly with your tenant’s configuration.
  • Candidate & Job Syncing: Pulls candidate details (first name, last name, email, and phone number) and job folders from Avature to match candidates to the right interviews.
  • Automated Invitations: Configure the system to automatically invite candidates to an interview based on specific filters or their resume fit score.
  • Interview Completion Forms: When a candidate finishes an interview, the AI evaluates them and automatically pushes a completed feedback form to their Avature profile. This includes their overall score, a performance summary, detailed grading criteria, and secure links to view or download the full report. Forms are submitted to your organization’s specific form endpoint.
  • Workflow Stage Updates: Automatically advance a candidate’s workflow step in Avature once their interview is complete, mapped to your specific workflow step IDs.
  • Activity Notes: Log notes on the candidate’s Avature profile when they are invited, when they complete an interview, or when they are shortlisted/rejected.

Dependencies

  • Your organization must have an active Avature account.
  • The integration requires a successful connection established through our integration partner hub.

How to Configure Your Avature Workflows

You control exactly how and when data moves between Alex and Avature in your application workflow, which is built from blocks — each a trigger followed by actions. The Avature-specific configuration falls into three areas:

Inviting candidates

When a new application arrives from Avature, use a Filter condition to decide which candidates are automatically invited — for example, by resume fit score or an application field. Add a Wait if you want to delay the invite, then reach out with an Initiate Outreach group. You can also add a note to the candidate’s Avature record when they’re invited.

After an interview completes

On the Interview Completed trigger, write results back to Avature: push the completed feedback form to your specific Form Endpoint Path (your custom form ID), advance the candidate’s stage using your Avature Workflow Step ID, and send follow-up emails and SMS to the candidate plus notification emails to the assigned recruiter.

On a decision

On the Decision Updated trigger, send the email and SMS templates you want for candidates who are Shortlisted or Rejected, with optional delays before the messages go out.
