Our JobDiva integration helps you save time by automatically importing candidate and job records from JobDiva to Alex. It also automates sending interview invitations to candidates, streamlining your hiring process.

  • Automated Interview Generation When a new job is created in JobDiva, an interview for that role is automatically generated in Alex. Information from the job description in JobDiva is used to create the relevant interview questions.
  • Automated Interview Invites Once candidates are associated with a job in JobDiva, Alex automatically sends them interview invitations. This process is based on your specific workflow configurations and handles all interview scheduling.

Steps to Integrate

  1. Retrieve credentials from JobDiva To begin, you’ll need to get your API credentials from JobDiva. Send an email to your JobDiva Support contact to request the creation of an API account. You can use the template below:
    I’m working with a Developer partner, Alex, and would like to turn their integration on in my JobDiva account. Could you please create an API user for Alex and share the following information with me?
    • API username
    • API Password
    • API Client ID
  2. Enter credentials in Alex After you receive the credentials from JobDiva, you can enter them into your Alex dashboard.
    • Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
    • Select JobDiva.
    • Enter the Client ID, Username, and Password provided by JobDiva Support.
    • Save the credentials to complete the integration.
