How the integration works
Once connected, the system securely communicates with your RecruitCRM workspace to support the following automated actions:- Candidate and Job Synchronization: Automatically imports job descriptions, candidate profiles, custom fields, and resumes directly from RecruitCRM.
- Automated Invitations: Set rules to automatically invite candidates when they reach a specific hiring stage (such as “Assigned”).
- Hiring Stage Updates: Automatically advance or reject candidates in your RecruitCRM pipeline based on the AI interview decisions.
- Profile Updates: Map and update specific candidate or job fields (both standard and custom) at different milestones (Invited, Scheduled, Missed, or Completed).
- Activity Logging: Automatically add notes and call logs to candidate profiles to keep your team informed of the interview progress.
- Report Uploads: Instantly upload the final AI Interview PDF report directly to the candidate’s file attachments under the “Alex Interview Reports” folder.
What you need before you start
To set up the integration, you will need:- An active RecruitCRM account.
- Access to your RecruitCRM API Key (typically found in your RecruitCRM admin settings).
Connect your RecruitCRM account
Follow these steps to link your systems:- Locate and copy your API Key from your RecruitCRM account.
- Navigate to your Settings within the AI platform.
- Go to the Integrations section and select RecruitCRM.
- Paste your API Key into the designated field and save your changes.
Configure your automated workflows
After successfully connecting, you can tailor how the platforms interact in your application workflow:- Who gets invited: Use a Filter condition to define exactly which candidates receive interview invitations based on their current RecruitCRM status.
- Delays and limits: Add a Wait before invitations go out, or restrict the system to one interview invite per candidate per day.
- Progress actions: Choose what notes, field updates, or stage changes occur on triggers like Interview Scheduled, Interview Missed, and Interview Completed.
- Report mappings: Select which data points from the completed interview map back to specific fields in RecruitCRM.
