An API name is the unique identifier that the system uses for an object or field (e.g., Candidate__c, First_Name__c).

  • Job Submission Object API Name: The API name for the job submission object.
  • Job Submission Object ID Field Name: The field that holds the unique ID for a job submission.

Supported Functionality

Once integrated, you can leverage several features to automate your hiring workflow.

Create Interviews from TargetRecruit

You can create new interviews by pulling job details, such as the job title and description, directly from a job record in TargetRecruit.

Fetch Candidate Information

When inviting candidates, you can pull their information—including name, email, and phone number—directly from their TargetRecruit profile. You can also fetch a candidate’s resume.
