Job Model Filters
Once your search query is generated, it’s broken down into editable filters. You can modify these filters to precisely match your requirements.Adjust Title, Skills, Keywords, and Industries
Your search criteria appear as a collection of “pills.” You can easily edit, add, or remove these to refine your search.- To Edit a Filter: Click directly on a pill (e.g., a specific skill or job title). An input box will appear, allowing you to make changes.
- To Remove a Filter: Click the ‘x’ icon on a pill to delete it from your search criteria.
- To Add a Filter: Click the “Add” button (e.g., “Add Skill” or “Add Industry”) to include a new criterion in your search.
Location Settings
Define where your ideal candidates are located and how they prefer to work.Configure Search Radius and Work Preferences
- Search Radius: For location-based searches, a default search radius of 50 miles is applied. You can click on the “radius” pill to change this distance to better suit your needs. If no location is specified, the search will look for remote candidates.
- Work Preferences: You can filter for candidates based on their preferred work arrangement. The available filters are:
- Remote
- On-site
- Hybrid
Advanced Filters
Use advanced filters to get even more specific with your candidate search.Filter by Recency, Experience Level, Education, and ATS Status
- Recency: Filter candidates by how recently their profile was updated. You can add or edit a filter to find candidates updated within a specific number of days.
- Experience Level: Specify the required years of experience for the role. Click the “experience” pill to adjust the number of years.
- Education: Filter candidates by their educational background. You can add or edit criteria for degree, field of study, and school.
- ATS Status: Filter candidates based on their status within your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You can choose to either “include” or “exclude” candidates with specific statuses. Simply add the statuses you want to filter by.
